GUERNSEY
The Channel Islands have always been popular holiday destinations.
Especially the British love the year round mild climate, which is
incluenced by the gulf strom, and have bulit their estates on the islands.
The best way to come to the islands is by plane. Also between the Channel
Islands Alderney, Guernsey and Jersey there are frequent flights, which
are mostly operated by the uncommon Britten Norman Trislanders. Guernsey
is the homebase of Aurigny, which also operates most flights out of the
small but fine island airport. |
